What will you do?

As a Junior Financial Account Manager you work under supervison of a Senior Financial Account Manager and work closely with your colleagues within the Finance Team, as well as Legal Team in order to continuously exceed our clients’ expectations. In this position, you will be assisting with a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities of a diverse client portfolio. The Junior Financial Account Manager role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities and a client focused mindset.

Main responsibilities include:

• Provide client bookkeeping and accounting support for an assigned client portfolio;
• Assist with the set up and maintenance of bank account authorization policies and user accounts;
• Enter payment orders into various online banking systems;
• Prepare and file VAT returns and profit tax returns;
• Assist in preparing portfolio performance overviews;
• Assist in preparing statutory financial reports;
• Perform other finance and administrative tasks as required by the role and business needs. 

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

• A student in end phase of its Bachelor studies or holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• Ideally, 1-2 years of work experience in the fiduciary or corporate services industry;
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• Flexible attitude and ability to handle stress effectively;
• Problem solving skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Highly level of personal integrity, reliability, and professionalism;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
