iGaming Compliance Specialist
As an iGaming Compliance Specialist you ensure that our clients comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an iGaming Compliance Specialist (IGCS), you are part of the local iGaming Compliance Team. The IGCS works closely with the Regulatory Compliance Team and the legal and financial account managers to ensure that our organization and clients comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including internal policies and procedures. The IGCS is expected to continuously develop personally and professionally, deliver added value to all disciplines within the organization, and contribute to the further growth of our office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain AML, gaming policy, KYC policy, client acceptance policies and other comparable policies for clients.
- Execute projects to ensure clients' operations and reporting align with the new iGaming legislation.
- Draft newsletters to publish iGaming related compliance developments.
- Provide advice related to gaming license compliance.
- Prepare reports for regulatory compliance on subjects that are also important to report to the CBCS.
- Assist with developing Certria.
- Support player complaints (in collaboration with the legal department) and keep an overview of the correspondent documentation.
- Prepare reports for iGaming supervisors.
- Support with review and follow up on the Certria URL reviews.
- Answer client questions related to igaming compliance.
- Assist clients with FIU reports.
- Support clients with streamlining processes for the new legislation.
- Develop and execute training to update colleagues on the iGaming compliance developments.
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in (corporate/company law or criminology).
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar compliance related position.
- Basic understanding of risk management.
- Affinity with integrity, culture and governance requirements.
- A problem solving attitude.
- be fluent in English.
- Self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work on multiple issues, change priorities, and organize workload.
- Is quality focused and business minded, able to deliver excellent service to our clients.
- Willingness to develop your professional skills in an international environment.
